We enjoyed your 03 cab last night. Sorry we don’t buy much more, but we do leave a small niche for your wine in our modest cellar.

And of course, we take advantage of distress sales, and I’m sure you would not pass on a half off barrel sale.

It was good to hear from you. The 1995 was our third vintage. There were only 250 cases made. Here is the review from Robert Parker:
“Another limited production wine made from a vineyard on the eastern side of Howell Mountain, this brilliantly make Cabernet suggests this winery knows what to do with top quality fruit. While the 1995 will be hard to find, readers who are interested in profound California Cabernet Sauvignons should seek out future releases. This opaque purple-colored wine boasts knock-out aromatics of smoke, charcoal, blackcurrants, lead pencil, minerals, and integrated wood, acidity, and tannin, this is a full-bodied, fabulously rich, expressive, impeccably-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Anticipated maturity; now-2015.” 93+ points. Robert Parker, Wine Advocate, August 1998,

We recently tasted the 1995 and found it is evolving beautifully with plently of age remaining. When you decide to open it I would love to hear what you think.
